Every year, approximately 9,000 Tennessee traffic accidents occur where alcohol is listed as a factor. When someone is killed in a Tennessee drunk driving accidnet, that drunk driver will face significant criminal charges, but he or she can also be held liable for wrongful death damages in civil court. Our Nashville wrongful death attorneys will fight for the justice your family deserves.
Tennessee Lawsuits for Wrongful Death in Airplane Crashes
Tennessee airplane crashes always leave behind a wake of devastation. Perhaps the most difficult aspect of this reality is that when these crashes occur, it can be extremely difficult to obtain an understanding of what led to the crash. Federal government investigations can take months to complete, and there are several different potential defendants to a lawsuit when someone is killed. Statistically, almost one person every month is killed in Tennessee plane crashes. If you believe negligence is involved, contact our Nashville wrongful death lawyers.
