Lefkovitz & Lefkovitz is a leading law firm in the area of bankruptcy law with offices in key parts of Tennessee. Delivering results is the foundation upon which Lefkovitz & Lefkovitz was founded. In 1978, Steven L. Mr. Lefkovitz's ability to handle some of the more complex bankruptcy challenges businesses and individuals may face has also resulted in him being sought after to represent different types of people and businesses including nationally known celebrities, multimillion dollar corporations, and regular hardworking individuals who desire peace of mind in knowing that they are receiving high quality legal representation. In over thirty years of bankruptcy practice, Mr. Lefkovitz has handled tens of thousands of cases in the areas of business, commercial, corporate, and consumer bankruptcy and insolvency law. From 2001 to 2008, Mr. Lefkovitz also served as a radio talk show host for a weekly legal radio show that was heard in over thirty states nationwide.
In a continued effort to better serve clients across Tennessee, additional office locations have been opened. Arnold E. Lefkovitz joined the firm in 1987, opening up a Cookeville office, and leading its growth from formation to one of the largest bankruptcy offices in the Upper Cumberland area. With over twenty years of bankruptcy law experience, Mr. Lefkovitz has successfully helped thousands of people receive debt relief through filing bankruptcy.
The firm's presence was further enhanced in 2008 and 2009 with the opening of a Chattanooga and Memphis office respectively.
